on May 13 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the                                                              
Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
         SENATE BILL NO. 306 "An Act relating to the                                                                            
         adoption of conservation, development, and                                                                             
         utilization regulations by the Board of Game to
